The Pink Wig Foundation is a non-profit, province-wide, volunteer-driven foundation based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Founded in honour/in memory of Tracy Dinh, a 25 year old caring young woman who went through a small cell cervical cancer diagnosis, treatment, surgery, and palliation. Prior to her passing she had a vision to see that other women dealing with their own unique cancer diagnoses receive the same kind of generosity, and help that she was so grateful to have received in her time of need.
During Tracy’s struggle, a financial need was recognized for cancer patients and their families. Our mission is to be able to steadily increase the number of applicants who receive financial support, in hopes of continuing to make a positive impact for those women ages 16-50, who are a residents of the province of Saskatchewan, who identify as female, and who are currently undergoing cancer treatment both curative and non-curative, or who are in remission/or recovery phase.
